Our Personal Movement Plan is designed around you and your goals. After establishing your starting point, and what your priority for change is, we will create a programme of exercise and movement that will help you to achieve your goals.

No matter what your starting point is, we will work with you, at a pace that feels right for you. Our 1:1 sessions will give us the opportunity to walk you through your personalised exercise programme, build on what you’ve done so far, provide accountability check-ins, and motivate & inspire you to make sustainable changes and achieve your goals.

All our plans session blocks can be used flexibly and are valid for 12-months from the date of purchase.
