“Hi, I’m Juliet! I'm a Registered Personal Trainer & Functional Movement Coach. I specialise in supporting women to build muscular strength particularly to support the hormonal changes around perimenopause and menopause.
I’ve always loved sport and exercise, and as a young adult was in my happy place delivering high energy group exercise classes which ranged from cardio, to strength and even exercise based dance. Nothing prepared me for the changes my body would go through when I became a Mum, and how that would require me to change the way I moved - and looked after - my body.
Experiencing the hormonal changes throughout pregnancy and post partum, forced me to re-frame my approach to exercise, alongside the practicalities of finding opportunity to exercise. I will share everything I’ve learned to help you to connect to your body, and find the best way to move your body so that you feel great.”
