Your space will be reserved for 24 hours. Payment must be made using bank transfer. Once payment has been received, your space will be confirmed. If payment has not been received within 24 hours, your space will be released. Payment details are:

Participants must be aged 16 or over.

If you have any allergies you have informed us in writing. We cannot guarantee that the ingredients we use, or the domestic setting we are in, will be free from allergens so we strongly advise you do not book a space if you have a severe allergy.

If you need to cancel your booking, for any reason, you will be given the choice of a 50% refund, or to join another date of the same course if there are spaces, until 7 days before the event. If you need to cancel your booking less than 7 days before the event, any monies paid will be non refundable.

If the event organisers need to cancel the experience due to low attendance or unforseen circumstances, a full refund or alternative date will be offered.

Due to the nature of the event and to respect other attendees’ privacy preferences, permission must be sought to take photos, and to post on social media.

Due to the fact that the event is held in a domestic residence, please be respectful to neighbours and your hosts.

The event organisers accept no liability for injury, loss or damage whilst attending an event.

We have a zero tolerance policy to abusive or disrespectful behaviour. If behaviour or conduct is deemed unacceptable, you will be asked to leave and no refund, or partial refund, will be offered.
